SSR Innovation Lab API Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 22 Aug 2025

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, obtaining an API key, or making any API call, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All components of the Fuel Efficient Route API and the Vehicle Data API Suite—including but not limited to source code, data schemas, documentation and response formats—are the sole intellectual property of Saint Sita Ram Innovation Lab Pvt. Ltd., India and are protected under national and international laws.

Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, reverse-engineering, sublicensing, or modifying the API or its components without express written consent from SSR.

3. User Obligations

  1. Maintain confidentiality of API keys.
  2. Comply with all applicable laws.
  3. Respect published rate limits.
  4. Refrain from transmitting malicious code.

4. Usage Restrictions

  • No scraping of protected third-party data.
  • No use in weapons or unlawful surveillance.
  • No resale without a reseller agreement.

5. Billing & Payment

See Pricing Policy. Non-payment beyond 30 days may result in suspension and 2% late fee.

6. Service Commitment

99.5% uptime target; SLA credits defined in the Cancellation/Refund Policy.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Handled per Privacy Policy. User data processed only for service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability capped at the amount paid by User in the preceding 30 days. SSR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Immediate termination for breach. Data export available for 30 days post-termination.

10. Account Deletion

  1. You may initiate permanent deletion of your SSR Innovation Lab account at any time:
    Profile → View Profile → Delete Account → Confirm.
  2. Once confirmed, the account enters a 30-day soft-delete window. During this period:
    • All API keys are suspended.
    • Billing is stopped; outstanding invoices remain payable.
    • Data is retained but inaccessible to the user.
  3. Reactivation: Logging in at any time within the 30-day window automatically cancels the deletion request and fully restores service.
  4. Permanent Deletion: If no login occurs, the account and all associated data are irreversibly purged on day 31 in accordance with our Data-Retention schedule.
  5. After permanent deletion, recovery is impossible; a new account must be created to regain access to services.

11. Governing Law

Indian law; courts of Bathinda, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
